Delete everything in the app

Open UNHOOK and go to Settings, Privacy and data, Delete all data on this phone. This erases your check-ins, progress, achievements, settings and the encryption key, and cancels scheduled reminders. It cannot be undone.

Delete without the app

Deleting the app removes its stored files. On iOS, the encryption key may remain in the keychain but cannot be used to read anything once the files are gone; reinstalling and using Delete all data removes it too.

Accounts

UNHOOK does not have accounts, so there is no server-side profile to delete. Subscriptions are managed and cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account.
